Edna Sexton helps sell my home and helps me buy a home!
Since 1985 I have been assisting Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate in the "Triangle" area of North Carolina. My knowledge of our real estate market has grown deep with experience. During my career I have earned the coveted GRI designation. As a co-owner of Weichert, Realtors-Triangle Homes, I have the honor of working with a fantastic team of professional agents, who share my vision and are dedicated to providing excellent service to Buyers and Sellers. I head our relocation department consisting of 8 Relocation Specialist. Additionally, I teach continuing education courses to NC licensed real estate agents and lead skills training for real estate professionals. These wonderful experiences combine to enable me and my company to serve YOU with skill and care.
It is my goal to stay informed of critical issues necessary for Buyers and Seller to know in order to make their BEST decisions. I believe as an agent I should be a information source and an advisor for you, my clients. You are the DECISION MAKERS!
When buying your home, it is important for you to look forward to "coming home". My job is to LISTEN to you in order to assist you in finding the PERFECT HOME. Once found, it is my job to advocate for the best terms and provisions and to assist you in discovering the facts and conditions important to this home. Finally, you count on me to help coordinate all the details so that the closing process is successful.
When selling your home, it is important for you to trust that I am working to present your home to the BEST BUYER! I know PRICING is critical for you. Presentation is criitical. You, as a Seller, want to hear from me often and regularly. You need to know what is happening in the marketplace. You want to know what potential Buyers think about your home. It is my job to do that for you. It is my priviledge to advise you, advocate for you and coordinate a successful transaction for you.
Finally, it is my desire to contribute to our community and the needs which arise. Contributing to our profession through the Association of REALTORS is important as well.
