Since 1985 I have been assisting Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate in the "Triangle" area of North Carolina. My knowledge of our real estate market has grown deep with experience. During my career I have earned the coveted GRI designation. As a co-owner of Weichert, Realtors-Triangle Homes, I have the honor of working with a fantastic team of professional agents, who share my vision and are dedicated to providing excellent service to Buyers and Sellers. I head our relocation department consisting of 8 Relocation Specialist. Additionally, I teach continuing education courses to NC licensed real estate agents and lead skills training for real estate professionals. These wonderful experiences combine to enable me and my company to serve YOU with skill and care.

Once found, it is my job to advocate for the best terms and provisions and to assist you in discovering the facts and conditions important to this home. You, as a Seller, want to hear from me often and regularly. You need to know what is happening in the marketplace. You want to know what potential Buyers think about your home. It is my job to do that for you. It is my priviledge to advise you, advocate for you and coordinate a successful transaction for you.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising;

and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

Designation

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
